DRAMM SYPHONJECT™ Siphon Mixer
Operation: Connect Syphonject directly to outdoor faucet.
Connect garden hose (no longer than 50 feet) to Syphonject.
A Dramm Patio Plant Wand, Dramm Water Breaker nozzle or
small hose end sprinkler (minimum 5-gpm flow rate) can be
attached to the end of the hose. With the flexible suction
hose connected to the Syphonject, drop the filter end (spring)
of the suction hose into bucket of concentrated solution.
Turn water faucet all the way on. You should be able to draw
one gallon of concentrate from solution bucket during five
minutes of continuous watering with average water pressure.
The water pressure at hose-end will be reduced. The back
flow preventer, integrated into the Syphonject, will prevent
any concentrate solution from flowing into the fresh water supply
if pressure fails. An automatic check valve in suction line will
prevent any back flow into mixing pail if the siphon fails.
Turn faucet off when Syphonject is not in use. Clean, then
detach Syphonject from faucet when you are finished.
Caution: Do not use Syphonject to apply pesticides, fungicides
or poisons.
