Cattleya Portia coerulea ‘Sir Jeremiah Colman’
(Cattleya bowringiana coerulea x labiata coerulea)
This cultivar is one of the most popular ‘blue’ forms of this antique hybrid that was first registered in 1897. The growth habit is very similar to C. bowringiana, with tall bifoliate pseudobulbs. Blooms appear in late fall as large shimmering clusters.
