An easy to grow, compact species hailing from China and Himalaya. The strain offered here originated at Woodstream Orchids and is more colorful than most. Foliage is distinctly marked with dark and light green variegation. Blooms appear one per stem in fall and early winter.
Growing Suggestions: We suggest this species for low to medium light levels only. Overly bright light stresses the plant, especially the foliage. Intermediate or even warm temperatures are suitable, usually up to about 85° while keeping the plant well hydrated.
We are offering very nice seedling size plants in 2" short pots. First time offering!
