Encyclia Thomas Fennell 'Hershey' x Encyclia granitica 'Mendenhall'
(Both parents are pictured)
Two of our favorite and most fragrant Encyclias combined in a brand new cross. Tall, branching stems with green and purple blooms in the height of summer. Extremely easy to grow.
Growing Suggestions: Will prefer warm, bright conditions (65°-85° or warmer). Water on the leaves at night will cause unsightly spotting so we suggest lots of fresh air movement. Suitable for mount or basket culture but will do just fine in pots as well.
These plants are seedling sized and established in 2.5" pots. First blooms are expected within 12-18 months.
